Homeless man arrested for sexual battery
A 32-year-old homeless man was arrested Tuesday, and charged with the sexual battery of a 20-year-old female.
According to Newton County Sheriff’s Lt. Keith Crum, Brandon Harris told the girl he would purchase alcohol for her. He also touched her inappropriately and made sexual advances toward her. She cried out and the situation was diffused.
