Mr. James Allen ( Jimmy) Kil­patrick, 63, passed away Sept. 1.

Mr. Kil­patrick loved to play mu­sic, es­pe­cially the key­board, was learn­ing to play the gui­tar and en­joyed col­lect­ing hand guns.

He wrote com­puter pro­grams for the sheet metal man­u­fac­tur­ing busi­ness and had worked in this field for more than 40 years. Mr. Kil­patrick was pre­ceded in death by his par­ents Bert and Arvie Jewell ( Teal) Kil­patrick.

Sur­vivors in­clude his wife Ju­dith Kil­patrick of Cov­ing­ton; daugh­ter Michelle Kil­patrick of Cov­ing­ton; sis­ter and brother- in- law Carol and Tommy Brown of Fayet­teville; brother Sammy P. Flynt of Ty­rone; and sev­eral nieces and neph­ews.

A memo­rial ser­vice for Mr. Kil­patrick will be held Satur­day, Sept. 8, 2 p. m., at County Line Bap­tist Church, with Rev. J. Clifton Brown of­fi­ci­at­ing.

In lieu of flow­ers, do­na­tions may be made to County Line Bap­tist Church, 3325 High­way 162 S, Cov­ing­ton, GA 30016; or Abbey Hospice, 215 Aza­lea Court, So­cial Circle, GA 30025.
