Al­covy gets FG, in­ter­cep­tion for win

Al­covy put it all to­gether in over­time, pick­ing up a dra­matic 24- 21 vic­tory over Luella in Sharp Sta­dium Fri­day night.

The Tigers, who had a 45- yard field goal bang off up­right with 4 min­utes left in the fourth quar­ter, gave the ball to kicker Ry­sen Richard­son on fourth down on a kick from 27 yards out.

Richard­son came through to put Al­covy ( 2- 3) ahead be­fore things went over to a de­fense, which gave up 14 sec­ond half points and 184 yards rush­ing in the sec­ond half.
