Now in its third year, the festival serves as a fundraiser for the GPTC Foundation. Admission to the event, including all activities, is free.

The Be ACTive campaign, co-chaired by First Lady Nisha Simama and Vice President of Community Engagement and Public Affairs Cynthia Edwards, was launched as a campus-wide initiative to promote health and wellness at the college and within the communities in which they serve.

The Newton Campus is located at 8100 Bob Williams Parkway, Covington, Georgia, 30014, (Newton County).
