A life-chang­ing ex­pe­ri­ence

The Sal­va­tion Army has had a busy start to its sum­mer in New­ton County, kick­ing things off with an event at Camp Grandview in Jasper. The Sal­va­tion Army spon­sored 18 chil­dren from New­ton County to at­tend the camp for chil­dren, adults and se­niors. Camp Grandview gives life-chang­ing ex­pe­ri­ence to its campers. They en­joy fresh moun­tain air, ex­er­cise and char­ac­ter-based pro­grams, and make new friends that last a life­time.
