Jimbo’s in Porterdale is facing a 12-month probation for failing to pay taxes on its distilled spirits license. Read the story to see the stipulations the City of Porterdale gave Jim Stalvey to follow in order to keep the restaurant’s bar open.

Philip Van Pelt said: “Crooked piece of garbage!! Ate at Stalvey’s one time when I moved to Covington and was so sick I about died. Throwing up like crazy!! Turned out I got it from the silverware!!! Cause 6 months later they were shut down for not washing it properly. Hope he loses every nasty restaurant he has!!!”
