ATHENS, Ga. (AP) — Ge­or­gia’s Michael Ben­nett was taken aback when he heard the stat.

While the sixth-ranked Bull­dogs are one of the na­tion’s most dy­namic of­fen­sive teams, they haven’t scored more than 20 points at South Carolina in two decades.

Yep, the last time was 1994 — when Ben­nett was just 2 years old.

“Wow,” the se­nior re­ceiver said. “I didn’t know that. Geez, that might just be a lack of fo­cus. We’ve let the at­mos­phere get the best of us. I know that’s what hap­pened in 2012.”
