Grad­u­a­tion Class of the Ge­or­gia Pub­lic Safety Train­ing Cen­ter Athens Academy held its grad­u­a­tion March 24 at the Win­der Com­mu­nity Cen­ter.

The 291st Grad­u­a­tion Class of the Ge­or­gia Pub­lic Safety Train­ing Cen­ter-Athens Academy con­ducted its grad­u­a­tion March 24 at the Win­der Com­mu­nity Cen­ter.

The New­ton County Sher­iff ’s Of­fice had three grad­u­ates: Deputy Ezekiel Walker, Deputy Jor­dan Fincher and Deputy Luke Hanes.

Walker re­ceived the Top Gun Award for the high­est av­er­age in six, 30 round cour­ses of fire.

Walker, Fincher and Hanes will be join­ing the NCSO Uni­form Pa­trol Di­vi­sion.
