Joseph Lee Harvey Sr., 38 of Tu­lalip, Wash. passed away Au­gust 26, 2016, in Everett, Wash­ing­ton. He was born March 17, 1978, in Everett to John and Joanne Harvey.

Joseph was a com­mer­cial fish­er­man. Joseph also en­joyed carv­ing, hunt­ing, fish­ing, crab­bing, Ca­noe jour­ney, and liked mak­ing Dream Catch­ers.

He is sur­vived by his par­ents, John Harvey, and Joanne Ne­me­cio and her hus­band, Francisco; broth­ers, John Harvey Jr., Tommy Harvey, Don­ald Harvey, Robert Wil­liams, Josh Hol­land, and Ja­cob Harvey; sis­ters, Martha Lan­g­ley, Kathy Harvey, Trina Harvey, and Har­mony Hol­land; chil­dren, Vashti Wil­liams, Veinece Wil­liams, Kelsie Harvey, Jessie Harvey, Joe Harvey Jr., Eve­lyn Harvey, and Keira Harvey; and seven grand­chil­dren.

He was pre­ceded in death by his grand­par­ents, Romy and Nora Horne, and Ron and Vi­o­let Napoleon.

Visi­ta­tion will held Thurs­day, Septem­ber 1, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. at Schae­fer-Shipman Fu­neral Home with an In­ter­faith ser­vice to fol­low at 7:00 p.m. at the Tu­lalip Gym. Fu­neral Ser­vices will be held Fri­day at 10:00 a.m. at the Tu­lalip Gym with burial to fol­low at Mis­sion Beach Ceme­tery.
