Next up for Chip and Joanna is putting their own house in order

The Dallas Morning News - - World -

After months of denying rumors that they were done with their megahit Fixer Upper, Chip and Joanna Gaines broke the news Wednesday: The fifth season, which begins in November, will be the last. Chip and Jo have grown into international celebrities overseeing a massive business empire, and they’ve been an invaluable financial and branding boost for Waco. Their Magnolia Market, ecommerce, furniture design, real estate, books, a magazine and a soon-to-open restaurant have added hundreds of jobs to the economy and attracted buckets of tourism dollars. Just listing all their ventures is exhausting. Good for the two of them for keeping some perspective: “We need to step back and get some fresh vision and get some rest and hunker down with our [four] kiddos.”
