Miss­ing teen lured by traf­fick­ers, mom fears

A Hous­ton mother fears her 15-year-old daugh­ter who has been miss­ing since Oct. 3 was lured away by sex traf­fick­ers.

Is­abella Mc­car­ble was re­ported miss­ing to Hous­ton po­lice, but mak­ing her dis­ap­pear­ance a pri­or­ity has been dif­fi­cult since Is­abella left home on her own, her mother, Christina Mc­car­ble, told KHOU-TV.

She is de­scribed as 5-foot-3 and 95 pounds. She was last seen wear­ing black ten­nis shoes, black shorts and a blue and green polo shirt, Hous­ton po­lice said. Her fam­ily hired a pri­vate in­ves­ti­ga­tor who is look­ing into her new group of friends, the sta­tion re­ported.

“She’s been hang­ing out with some bad el­e­ments,” in­ves­ti­ga­tor Brad Perkins said. “Peo­ple that are in­volved in pros­ti­tu­tion, sex­ting, drugs.”
