Groton Town Tammy L. Berberich, 45, of 1042 Poquonnock Road, No. 47, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct, second-degree strangulation, third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault and interfering with an emergency call.

Norwich Dawn Noyce, 48, of 25 Bingham Road, Canterbury, was charged Monday with third-degree larceny.

State police — Montville Erik Swanson, 39, of 227 Bennett Pond Road, Canterbury, was charged Monday in Lisbon with driving with a suspended license, evading responsibility, first-degree criminal mischief and first-degree reckless endangerment.

Thomas Curtis, 32, of 391 Norman Road, Griswold, was charged Monday in Montville, with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford Paul Arroyo, 24, of 221 Bridge St., Groton, was charged Monday with sale of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

Brenda Moore, 51, of 30 W. Pleasant St., New London, was charged Monday with theft of a motor vehicle plate, second-degree forgery and third-degree larceny of a motor vehicle.
