Jeanne Evans

Colchester — Jeanne (Sweeney) Evans, 68, wife of Herbert C. Evans, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 18, 2017.

She was the daughter of the late Clair and Mary (Isenberg) Sweeney. Jeanne had worked as a registered nurse at Mystic Health Care and Rehabilitation Center.

The family will receive guests starting at 1 p.m. Sunday, March 12, at the Aurora-McCarthy Funeral Home, 167 Old Hartford Road, Colchester, before a chapel service celebrating her life at 2 p.m. Burial will be private.
