Lucie Andrade, 27, of 35 Ward St., Norwich, was charged Oct. 3 in Lebanon with driving with a suspended license, speeding, criminal impersonation and violating conditions of release.

Donald Layman, 53, of 446 Old Colchester Road, Salem, was charged Sept. 30 in Salem with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Christina Michon, 48, of 86 Doyle Road, Montville, was charged Sept. 28 in Bozrah with second-degree breach of peace.

Nathan Smith, 18, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Ariel Lopez-Caldron, 29, of 282 Central Ave. was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Alejandro Torres, 39, of 44 Union St. was charged Wednesday

Hussain Almontaser, 30, of New Britain, was charged Wednesday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving.

Alicia Madore, 29, of 470 Norwich Ave., Taftville, was charged Tuesday in Sprague with second-degree breach of peace.

Jennifer Marcaurel, 41, of East Hampton, was charged Tuesday in Montville with violation of probation.
