Nonprofit of the month: Warren Village

The Denver Post - - BUSINESS - Denver Post file

Since 1974, Warren Village has transformed the lives of 4,303 families. A unique family community, its nationally recognized programs help motivated low-income, singleparent families to move from public assistance to personal and economic self-sufficiency and break the cycle of homelessness and poverty. The integrated program provides safe housing, an early-learning center, supportive family services and workforce development that lead families up and out of poverty. warrenvillage.org Bruce DeBoskey, The DeBoskey Group Two-year-olds Wyatt Sandess, left, and Kenny Porter play with another classmate at the Warren Village Learning Center in Denver in 2012.
