mi­ami» Khris Mid­dle­ton scored 22 points, Greg Mon­roe added 15 and the Bucks clamped down de­fen­sively on short­handed Mi­ami through­out, beat­ing the Heat 91-79 on Tues­day.

Gian­nis An­te­tok­oun­mpo scored 14 points for the Bucks, who have now beaten Mi­ami five con­sec­u­tive times.

Has­san White­side scored 23 points and grabbed 18 re­bounds for Mi­ami.

TUES­DAY’S HIGH­LIGHT

An­thony Davis scored 35 points and the Pel­i­cans over­came an early 17-point hole to beat the Tim­ber­wolves 114-99. Jrue Hol­i­day scored 19 points and Tyreke Evans added 13 for the Pel­i­cans. … Paul Ge­orge had 19 points and the Pac­ers beat the Suns 97-94.

Noah has suc­cess­ful surgery. Bulls cen­ter Joakim Noah un­der­went surgery to re­pair his dis­lo­cated left shoul­der. The 2014 NBA De­fen­sive Player of the Year, Noah is ex­pected to miss four to six months. Bar­ring a quick re­cov­ery or deep play­off run, he might have played his last game for the Bulls given his ex­pir­ing con­tract.
