PEARL HARBOR CEREMONY POSTPONED
Wednesday’s ceremony to honor two of Denver’s remaining Pearl Harbor survivors has been postponed. It was scheduled for the 75th anniversary of the attacks, but the threat of freezing temperatures and snowfall made organizers wary of hosting elderly guests at the American Legion Post 1 on 5400 E. Yale Ave. in Denver. Organizers said they decided to delay the event until Dec. 17 with a location to be determined.
