Mil­i­tary per­son­nel have the ben­e­fit based on their ac­tive or re­tired mil­i­tary ser­vice. It is free. We flew with the Wy­oming Air Na­tional Guard on a C130 to San Diego and back. Best time to go: Any time you can get away. Best travel tip: Strike up a con­ver­sa­tion and be pre­pared for a new ad­ven­ture.
