Two-thirds of reg­is­tered vot­ers say Pres­i­dent-elect Don­ald Trump’s tweet style is “reck­less and dis­tract­ing,” ac­cord­ing to a McClatchy/Marist sur­vey pub­lished Thurs­day. The sur­vey also found that only 21 per­cent think his use of Twit­ter as a mass-com­mu­ni­ca­tion tool is “ef­fec­tive and in­for­ma­tive,” while 13 per­cent re­main un­cer­tain. The sur­vey comes a month af­ter a Quin­nip­iac Univer­sity poll re­vealed most Amer­i­can vot­ers want Trump to dump his Twit­ter ac­count. Trump told “60 Min­utes” in Novem­ber that he would cut back his tweets af­ter tak­ing of­fice.
