Daniel Amigo scored 19 points and pulled down eight re­bounds Mon­day night, lead­ing the Univer­sity of Den­ver to a 74-52 rout of Arkansas-Pine Bluff that stretched the Pi­o­neers’ win­ning streak to four games.

Jeremy Hol­limon of Troy was shoot­ing the lights out on a 7-0 run and the Tro­jans had tied Wy­oming at 13 when the lights went out in the Arena-Au­di­to­rium, prompt­ing a game de­lay. … Luke Ken­nard scored 24 points and No. 5 Duke beat Ten­nessee State 65-55. Fresh­man for­ward Jayson Ta­tum added 14 points and Grayson Allen fin­ished with 12 for the Blue Devils, who plod­ded through 30 mostly slug­gish min­utes be­fore pulling away from a pesky Tigers team that threat­ened to spoil the col­lege de­but of touted Duke fresh­man Harry Giles. Ten­nessee State led 36-34 on Wayne Martin’s jumper with 15 min­utes left. Duke coun­tered with a 25-3 run high­lighted by five 3-point­ers — in­clud­ing two by Ken­nard on con­sec­u­tive pos­ses­sions af­ter he was left com­pletely un­guarded — to take a 59-39 lead. … Caleb Swani­gan had 21 points and 21 re­bounds, Isaac Haas scored 18 points and No. 15 Pur­due beat Western Illi­nois 82-50. … Ter­rence Mann scored 19 points and Xavier Rathan-Mayes added 15, lead­ing No. 21 Florida State past Sam­ford 76-68. … V.J. Beachem scored 20 points to help No. 25 Notre Dame snap a two-game skid with a 77-62 win over Col­gate.

las ve­gas» Madi­son Mont­gomery scored 19 points as Long Beach State handed No. 21 South Florida its first loss of the sea­son, 73-68.

MON­DAY’S HIGH­LIGHT

Katie Lou Sa­muel­son scored eight of her 26 points dur­ing a key third-quar­ter run, and No. 1 UConn beat No. 12 Ohio State 82-63 for the Huskies’ 85th con­sec­u­tive vic­tory. Napheesa Col­lier had 27 points and 11 re­bounds for the Huskies, who are five games away from match­ing their NCAA-record 90-game win­ning streak set from 2008-10.
