MALONE SAYS HARRIS PROVIDING “A LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING”

The Denver Post - - SPORTS -

The Nuggets’ offense has been on a roll since they went “extreme makeover” on their starting lineup eight games ago.

A big key to the turnaround has been the performance of guard Gary Harris. Now healthy after missing 20 of the first 25 games, his constant movement has been a boon for an offense that needed an injection of motion. What has Harris added? “A little bit of everything,” coach Michael Malone said. “I think him returning to the starting lineup is not a coincidence that we have played very well since he has been back. The defense that he brings. The energy and his athleticism.”

Footnotes.

Jusuf Nurkic on Friday played for the second consecutive game after not being used in the previous four. … The Nuggets return to the road for their second meeting with Golden State on Monday.
