The emperor has no clothes (that are “Made in America”)

The Denver Post - - NEWS - Re: Merrill Leavitt,

“White House unveils ‘Made in America’ week, though many Trump products are made overseas,” July 16 news story (online only).

President Donald Trump declares this to be “Made in America” week. How can he make this declaration with a straight face when he and his family own businesses that have consistently profited from overseas manufacturing of products that range from steel for buildings to apparel for retail sale?

His declaration included no mention of changing his own family’s outsourcing practices. This level of hypocrisy is both shocking and insulting. Does the president think we don’t notice, or does he truly believe there is one set of standards for his family and a different set of standards for the rest of us? Neither is acceptable.
