De­spite los­ing the elec­tion, Clin­ton isn’t im­mune from in­ves­ti­ga­tion

The head­line on this ar­ti­cle is a real head­scratcher. The sug­ges­tion that los­ing an elec- tion some­how con­fers im­mu­nity from in­ves­ti­ga­tion of mis­con­duct amounts to noth­ing less than white­wash­ing for po­lit­i­cal ex­pe­di­ence.
