Gold Pan series

Denver and Colorado College will resume a 67-year-old rivalry in a home-and-home series Friday and Saturday.

At stake: This is the 25th year since the Gold Pan traveling trophy was introduced by then-DU coach Frank Serratore and CC coach Don Lucia. The teams are 12-12 since then. When: 7 p.m. Friday, at Magness Arena; 6 p.m. Saturday, The Broadmoor World Arena in Colorado Springs.
