Sanctuary policies endanger visitors to cities like Denver

I’m wondering why rural Coloradans should shop, go to sporting events and spend time in Denver when it means that we are putting our lives at greater risk than necessary. Sanctuary city laws mean that dangerous illegal aliens like Ivan Zamarripa-Castaneda are free to roam Denver streets. As a Moffat County resident, I’ll be happy to drive to Salt Lake City or Casper, Wyo., to shop and attend concerts if it means greater personal safety for my wife and myself. Moffat County still believes in the rule of law and protecting citizens. Mayor Michael Hancock and the Denver City Council put our lives at greater risk, and rural Coloradans can vote with our money and go elsewhere. John Kinkaid, Craig
