Continual violations of this policy could result in termination • No customers will be allowed in the facility without a face covering. A typed note should be posted on all client entrances informing them as such • Plexiglass partitions will be installed in all customer facing counters to protect APG Associates and customers • APG is providing a $50 reimbursement for masks and rubber gloves. This program will end on June 30, 2020 • It is the responsibility of every APG Associate to make the company aware of any circumstance that may put any Associate at risk. That would include friends and relatives who might have come in contact with, exhibited symptoms or contracted the virus, including themselves • If any APG Associate experiences COVID-19 symptoms they should not come to work • If any APG Associate develops symptoms while at work will need to leave immediately, seek medical intervention and get tested • If any APG Associate sees COVID-19 symptoms in work colleagues, they should inform management immediately • APG Managers should actively be viewing their staff for early signs of any illness and encourage them to use PTO • Leadership has been instructed to employ extra janitorial services to thoroughly clean and sanitize lobby areas, break rooms and reception areas often • Each APG Associate is expected to keep their own workspace sanitized • Sanitizing products have been sent to locations.
