Pilates Plus staff, clients reflect on owner’s service to community
“Wellness through balance” — that’s the philosophy at the Pilates Plus Wellness Center, a small studio that long-time Upper Marlboro resident Susan Spangler started in 2006 with her husband.
Having recognized a need for alternative health and wellness options in the local area, Spangler wanted to offer high-quality programs at a place where clients can call their own.
