Pi­lates Plus staff, clients re­flect on owner’s ser­vice to com­mu­nity

“Well­ness through bal­ance” — that’s the phi­los­o­phy at the Pi­lates Plus Well­ness Cen­ter, a small studio that long-time Up­per Marl­boro res­i­dent Su­san Span­gler started in 2006 with her hus­band.

Hav­ing rec­og­nized a need for al­ter­na­tive health and well­ness op­tions in the lo­cal area, Span­gler wanted to of­fer high-qual­ity pro­grams at a place where clients can call their own.
