Here is a list­ing of up­com­ing events to mark Vet­er­ans Day:

SATUR­DAY, NOV. 10

Clo­vis Vet­er­ans Me­mo­rial District

A pan­cake break­fast will be held 7 to 11 a.m. at 808 Fourth St., $7; live mu­sic, a car show and chil­dren’s ac­tivites will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.; “Re­mem­ber­ing Our Fallen” pho­to­graphic war me­mo­rial ex­hibit and vet­er­ans mem­o­ra­bilia ex­hibit; 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. vet­er­ans film fes­ti­val; 11 a.m. a pa­tri­otic con­cert per­formed by the Clo­vis Com­mu­nity Band; 6 p.m. Vet­er­ans Day din­ner and pro­gram.

Le­moore run/walk

Vet­er­ans Day 5K run and 3K walk be­gins at 8 a.m. at Li­ons Park, 852 Fox St. in Le­moore. Reg­is­ter from 7-7:45 a.m., all par­tic­i­pants will re­ceive a medal when cross­ing the fin­ish line. 559-924-6767. $25-$30.

Visalia Pa­rade

An­nual Visalia Vet­er­ans Day Pa­rade will be held at 10 a.m. west on Main Street.

SUN­DAY, NOV. 11

Le­moore Pa­rade

Amer­i­can Le­gion Le­moore Post 100 an­nual Vet­er­ans Day Pa­rade and rec­og­niz­ing the 50th an­niver­sary of the Viet­nam Ward. The pa­rade will be held at 6 p.m. in down­town Le­moore.

Merced Pa­rade

An open­ing cer­e­mony be­gins at noon at Bob Hart Square down­town. The pa­rade be­gins at 1 p.m. on Main Street. 209-385-7588.

MON­DAY, NOV. 12

Fresno Vet­er­ans Day Pa­rade

Speak­ers be­gin at 10:15 a.m. in front of City Hall, 2600 Fresno St. The pa­rade kicks off at 11:11 a.m. and the route will travel west on Fresno Street, south on M Street and west on Tu­lare Street where it will end near Chukchansi Park.

Hub­bard-Baro Me­mo­rial Golf Tour­na­ment

A flag salute will be held at 10:15 a.m. and shot­gun start be­gins at 10:30 a.m. at Fort Wash­ing­ton Golf & Coun­try Club, 10272 N. Mill­brook Ave. Regis­tra­tion costs $175 and in­cludes din­ner. All pro­ceeds will be do­nated to the VA Hos­pi­tal. www.hub­bard­baro­golf.com.

Porter­ville run and pa­rade
