Emilia Ag­caoili Jac­into, 87, of Koloa, passed away on Oct. 26, 2017, at Wilcox Med­i­cal Cen­ter.

Born on Jan. 5, 1930, in Vin­tar, Ilo­cos Norte, Philip­pines, she was a re­tired house­keeper at the Grant Hy­att Kauai Re­sort & Spa.

She was pre­ceded in death by hus­band Fran­cisco Jac­into, par­ents Lu­cio and Prisca Ag­caoili, brothers Claro, Floren­cio, Manuel, Vi­cente and Florentino Ag­caoili, and sis­ters An­gela Mal­tazo and Cari­dad Rivera.

She is sur­vived by brothers Florendo and Le­an­dro Ag­caoili, sis­ter Ze­naida Ramos, sons Julius (Co­ra­zon) Jac­into and Rafael Jac­into, daugh­ters Emelda (James) Benett, Ruby (Richard) Thom­son, Mercedes (Robert) Daven­port, Char­ito (Ra­mone-de­ceased) Abrigo and Ju­nior Fer­nandico (Isidra) Jac­into, 16 grand­chil­dren, and nu­mer­ous great-grand­chil­dren, nieces and neph­ews.

Friends may visit with the fam­ily on Fri­day, Nov. 17, at St. Raphael Church in Koloa, from 8 to 9:45 a.m., where Mass will be cel­e­brated at 10 a.m. Burial will fol­low at St. Raphael Church Cemetery.

The fam­ily sug­gests ca­sual at­tire.
