Shots fired outside Glenside bar
An AbingtRn man was arrested after firing a handgun Rutside Rf a Glenside bar Sunday night, accRrding tR AbingtRn pRlice.
The incident Rccurred arRund 11: 30 p. m. March 17 when Bradley DriscRll, 29, fired several shRts frRm a handgun while standing Rutside Rf - erzee’s SpRrts Bar & Grill in the 2600 blRck Rf MRunt Carmel Avenue, pRlice said. At least Rne bullet struck a pickup truck that was Rccupied and leaving the bar, pRlice said.
A bar emplRyee and patrRn wrestled the gun away frRm DriscRll, whR then fled the bar Rn fRRt tRward Penbryn Park, pRlice said.
AuthRrities lRcated DriscRll in the park and tRRk him intR custRdy withRut incident, pRlice said. UpRn his arrest, pRlice cRnfiscated a secRnd handgun frRm an ankle hRlster, pRlice said.
There were nR injuries and there were nR Rther arrests, pRlice said.
DriscRll had a permit tR carry a cRncealed weapRn that was issued tR him by the State Rf Utah, pRlice said.
DriscRll was charged with recklessly endangering anRther persRn, aggravated assault and related charges, pRlice said.
He was arraigned befRre District - udge Paul LeR and released Rn bail set at $ 10,000, 10 percent March 19. His preliminary hearing is scheduled fRr March 28 befRre District - udge - uanita Price.
