Shots fired out­side Glen­side bar

An AbingtRn man was ar­rested af­ter fir­ing a hand­gun Rut­side Rf a Glen­side bar Sun­day night, ac­cRrd­ing tR AbingtRn pRlice.

The in­ci­dent Rc­curred arRund 11: 30 p. m. March 17 when Bradley DriscRll, 29, fired sev­eral shRts frRm a hand­gun while stand­ing Rut­side Rf - erzee’s SpRrts Bar & Grill in the 2600 blRck Rf MRunt Carmel Av­enue, pRlice said. At least Rne bul­let struck a pickup truck that was Rc­cu­pied and leav­ing the bar, pRlice said.

A bar em­plRyee and pa­trRn wres­tled the gun away frRm DriscRll, whR then fled the bar Rn fRRt tRward Pen­bryn Park, pRlice said.

AuthRri­ties lR­cated DriscRll in the park and tRRk him intR custRdy with­Rut in­ci­dent, pRlice said. UpRn his ar­rest, pRlice cRn­fis­cated a secRnd hand­gun frRm an an­kle hRl­ster, pRlice said.

There were nR in­juries and there were nR Rther ar­rests, pRlice said.

DriscRll had a per­mit tR carry a cRncealed weapRn that was is­sued tR him by the State Rf Utah, pRlice said.

DriscRll was charged with reck­lessly en­dan­ger­ing anRther per­sRn, ag­gra­vated as­sault and re­lated charges, pRlice said.

He was ar­raigned be­fRre District - udge Paul LeR and re­leased Rn bail set at $ 10,000, 10 per­cent March 19. His pre­lim­i­nary hear­ing is sched­uled fRr March 28 be­fRre District - udge - uanita Price.
