DUI … Dane Con­ley, 18, of Turner Av­enue, Roslyn, was charged with driv­ing uNGHR WKH LN­fluHNFH RI DO­co­hol or a con­trolled sub­stance, care­less driv­ing, reck­less driv­ing and re­lated charges April 4 af­ter po­lice re­sponded to the re­port that a Ford Ex­plorer drove onto the front lawn and steps of a prop­erty in the 2400 block of Nor­wood Av­enue at 3:43 a.m., po­lice said. The ve­hi­cle re­versed and hit a util­ity pole and then drove away from the scene, po­lice said. Po­lice fol­lowed a trail of oil on the road­way to the 2700 block Turner Av­enue, where they ob­served the ve­hi­cle turn­ing into a drive­way, po­lice said. Con­ley said he lost con­trol of the ve­hi­cle, which caused the crash, po­lice said. Po­lice ob­served that Con­ley was lethar­gic and had red, glassy eyes, po­lice said. He was trans­ported to Holy Redeemer Hos­pi­tal for blood test­ing, po­lice said. Tests showed he had mar­i­juana in his sys­tem, po­lice said.

Re­ceiv­ing stolen prop­erty … Ramin Mobasseri, 25, of An­der­son Road, King of Prus­sia, was charged with re­ceiv­ing stolen prop­erty and re­tail theft April 26 af­ter Bloom­ing­dale’s se­cu­rity ob­served Mobasseri se­lect four Burberry coats, val­ued at $2,780, and leave the store with­out pay­ing at the Bloom­ing­dale’s in the Wil­low Grove Park mall 2:28 p.m., po­lice said. He was then ap­pre­hended and trans­ported to the Abing­ton Po­lice Depart­ment for pro­cess­ing, po­lice said.

Re­tail theft … Shavonna McCullen, 20, of North 10th Street, Philadel­phia, was charged with re­tail theft and pos­ses­sion, re­ceiv­ing stolen prop­erty and pos­sess­ing an in­stru­ment of crime April 28 at 4:45 p.m. af­ter po­lice ob­served McCullen se­lect $470 worth of mer­chan­dise and con­ceal the items in a booster bag, which was lined with duct tape, and place the bag in her purse, po­lice said. She then at­tempted to leave the store with­out pay­ing but was ap­pre­hended by se­cu­rity who re­cov­ered the mer­chan­dise, po­lice said. She was later trans­ported to the Abing­ton Po­lice Depart­ment for pro­cess­ing, po­lice said.

DUI … Laura J. She­lin­sky, 26, of Leona Av­enue, Hunt­ing­don Val­ley, was charged with driv­ing un­der WKH LN­fluHNFH RI DOFRKRO RR a con­trolled sub­stance April 21 af­ter po­lice ob­served a blue sedan sud­denly stop on Hunt­ing­don Pike and make a right turn from the far left lane into a gas sta­tion, po­lice said. Au­thor­i­ties also ob­served the ve­hi­cle had ex­pired regis­tra­tion, po­lice said. The ve­hi­cle was stopped at Hunt­ing­don Pike and Rose­land Av­enue, and po­lice de­tected the odor of al­co­hol com­ing from her mouth, po­lice said. SheOLNVNy IDLOHG fiHOG VRERLHWy tests and was trans­ported to Holy Redeemer Hos­pi­tal for blood test­ing, po­lice said. Tests showed her BAC was 0.106 per­cent, po­lice said.

Pub­lic drunk­en­ness … Thomas Ze­browski, 29, of Cus­tom House Square, Ben­salem, was charged with pub­lic drunk­en­ness, re­ceiv­ing stolen prop­erty and loi­ter­ing at night May 12 af­ter a vic­tim re­ported that a man she didn’t know en­tered her ve­hi­cle while parked in the 2400 block of Ard­s­ley Av­enue at 12:31 a.m., po­lice said. When au­thor­i­ties ar­rived, they ob­served ZeERRZVNL flHHLNJ WKH VFHNH Ey run­ning through back­yards of homes in the area, po­lice said. He was de­tained on Roberts Av­enue, and a walOHW DNG D BuGGKD fiJuRLNH that the vic­tim said were miss­ing from her ve­hi­cle ZDV FRN­fiVFDWHG IRRP ZHbrowski, po­lice said.

CDUUy­ing D fiUHDUP with­out a li­cense … Alexan­der Young, 21, of Nor­wood Av­enue, Roslyn, was charged ZLWK FDR­RyLNJ D fiRHDRP with­out a li­cense and re­lated charges May 15 af­ter po­lice ob­served a Chevro­let truck make a right turn onto Wood­land Road with­out us­ing a turn sig­nal at 12:41 a.m., po­lice said. The ve­hi­cle was stopped at Wood­land Road and High­land Av­enue, and af­ter a check, au­thor­i­ties learned Young’s li­cense was sus­pended, po­lice said. Dur­ing a pat down, po­lice FRN­fiVFDWHG D EODFN VHPLau­to­matic hand­gun from his shorts pocket that he did have a per­mit to carry, po­lice said. He was trans­ported to the Abing­ton Po­lice Depart­ment for pro­cess­ing, po­lice said.

Re­tail theft … Kay Massey, 41, of Adams Av­enue, Philadel­phia, was charged with re­tail theft and pos­ses­sion and re­ceiv­ing stolen prop­erty May 15 af­ter the store man­ager at the Abing­ton Phar­macy in the 1400 block of Old York Road ob­served Massey se­lect and con­ceal $112.23 worth of mer­chan­dise in her purse and exit the store with pay­ing at 3:27 p.m., po­lice said. She was stopped by the man­ager, gave the items EDFN DNG flHG WKH VFHNH, SRlice said. She was de­tained by po­lice af­ter a store em­ployee fol­lowed her, po­lice said.

Pos­ses­sion … Dar­rick C. Keith, 23, of Ar­line Av­enue, Roslyn, was charged with pos­ses­sion of a con­trolled or coun­ter­feit sub­stance, pos­ses­sion of a small amount of mar­i­juana and pos­ses­sion with the in­tent to use drug para­pher­na­lia May 16 af­ter po­lice ob­served an oc­cu­pied white Toy­ota sedan parked at Clearview and Wash­ing­ton av­enues at 12:06 a.m., po­lice said. Keith was im­me­di­ately taken into cus­tody due to an out­stand­ing war­rant, po­lice said. While be­ing de­tained, au­thor­i­ties de­tected the odor of mar­i­juana com­ing from his per­son, po­lice said. AuWKRRLWLHV FRN­fiVFDWHG VHYHRDO bags of mar­i­juana from him, po­lice said.

So­lic­it­ing with­out a per­mit … Juan Ca­ma­cho, 18, of North 10th Street, Philadel­phia; La­toya Bost, 33, of Marl­ton Street, Philadel­phia; Kevin John­son, 28, of Marl­ton Street, Philadel­phia; James Bey, 42, of Di­a­mond Street, Philadel­phia; Ed­die Smith Jr., 41, of Green Street, Norristown; Charlene Edwards, 26, of Ce­cil B. Moore Av­enue, Philadel­phia; and Mar­cus Brown, 23, of Og­den Street, Philadel­phia, were cited af­ter so­lic­it­ing for IGS En­ergy in the 300 block of Glen Way with­out per­mits, while dis­re­gard­ing a “no so­lic­i­ta­tion” sign at the en­trance of an apart­ment com­plex, po­lice said.

Dis­or­derly con­duct … Travis Hicks, 24, of West Erie Av­enue, Philadel­phia, was cited with dis­or­derly con­duct May 16 af­ter po­lice stopped a ve­hi­cle at Jenk­in­town Road and Ste­wart Av­enue at 9:14 p.m. and ob­served a small amount of mar­i­juana in the ve­hi­cle, po­lice said.

Dis­or­derly con­duct ... Chase Lux­ton, 18, of Suf­folk Road, Flour­town, was cited with dis­or­derly con­duct May 16 af­ter po­lice stopped a ve­hi­cle at Tyson and Custer av­enues at 9:07 p.m. and ob­served a small amount of mar­i­juana and drug para­pher­na­lia in the ve­hi­cle, po­lice said.

Pub­lic drunk­en­ness … Robert Meyer, 55, of Knorr Street, Philadel­phia, was cited with pub­lic drunk­en­ness, GH­fiDNW WRHVSDVVLNJ DNG GLVorderly con­duct af­ter po­lice re­sponded to the re­port of a sus­pi­cious male on Over­look El­e­men­tary School prop­erty at 10:41 a.m., po­lice said. Meyer was highly in­tox­i­cated, dis­ori­ented and ap­peared com­pletely un­aware of his sur­round­ings, po­lice said.

Pub­lic drunk­en­ness … Joseph Wilk­er­son, Jr., 28, of High­land Av­enue, Jenk­in­town, was cited with pub­lic drunk­en­ness af­ter po­lice re­sponded to the re­port of a man slumped over in a parked car at Can­ter­bury Road and High­land Av­enue at 12:33 p.m., po­lice said. Wilk­er­son was asleep with a mar­i­juana cig­a­rette in his hand, po­lice said.

Theft … A res­i­dent of the 2100 block of Brookview Place re­ported at 7:13 a.m. May 20 that his iPhone 5 had been stolen over the week­end, po­lice said.

Fraud … A res­i­dent re­ported May 20 that fraud­u­lent charges had been made to the vic­tim’s bank ac­count, po­lice said.

Theft … The owner of a prop­erty in the 300 block of West Lau­rel Av­enue re­ported May 21 that a for­mer ten­ant stole ap­pli­ances and an­tiques from the prop­erty, po­lice said.

Bike stolen … A black bike was stolen from the garage of a home in the unit block of Hill­dale Road by two boys around age 10 to 14, po­lice said.

Bur­glary … The owner of a home in the 700 block of Custis Road re­ported at 2:08 p.m. May 21 that af­ter ar­riv­ing home he saw two men run from his drive­way DNG flHH LN D ZKLWH 1LVVDN Al­tima, and he fol­lowed the ve­hi­cle which was last seen at Chel­tenham and Mount Pleas­ant av­enues, po­lice said. The two were de­scribed as black males, age 25 to 35, aver­age build, wear­ing dark hooded sweat­shirts and masks, po­lice said.

Hit and run … An un­oc­cu­pied ve­hi­cle parked in the unit block of Old Cedar­brook Road, Wyn­cote, was struck by a white box-style work truck, pos­si­bly hav­ing a New Jersey tag, around 5:50 p.m. May 21, po­lice said.

Theft … A Samsung Galaxy Note­book II was taken off the cus­tomer ser­vice counter at Tar­get in Chel­tenham Square, around 8:10 p.m. May 21 by a black male,

Un­der­age drink­ing … Jesse Martin, 18, of White Owl Road, Roslyn, was cited with un­der­age drink­ing May 20 af­ter po­lice con­ducted a pedes­trian stop at Ru­bi­cam Av­enue and Old York Road at 11:27 p.m. and dis­cov­ered he had beer in his pos­ses­sion, po­lice said.

Re­tail theft … Lor­raine An­der­son, 64, of Old York Road, Philadel­phia, was cited with re­tail theft May 22 af­ter a T.J. Maxx em­ployee ob­served her con­ceal $132 worth of mer­chan­dise and leave the store with­out pay­ing at the T.J. Maxx in the 1400 block of Old York Road, po­lice said.
