St. John’s donates funds to Hamburg Salvation Army, Food Pantry and Library
St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church of Hamburg, with the aid of Thrivent Financial, has supported the following Hamburg organizations with monetary donations. These funds were the result of three events held at Sam’s Club in Temple, outside the store on three different Saturdays throughout the summer months selling hamburgers and hot dogs, made on a grill, and beverages.
A donation of $ 300 was donated to Hamburg Salvation Army, $ 300 was donated to Hamburg Food Pantry, and $ 520 was donated to Hamburg Public Library.
