Winter Warmer Weekend: Jan. 13and 14, from 12to 5p. m. at Pinnacle Ridge Winery, 407Old U. S. 22, Kutztown. Spend an afternoon in cozy Wine Loft, with soup and wine. Chef Tim from Trè Locally Sourced of Lehigh Valley, concocted his very own recipe for Moroccan lentil stew, using organic, locally- sourced lentils and other vegetables as well as a variety of warming spices.
