Man faces threat, assault charges
A Nesquehoning man threatened his mother and beat up her boyfriend after being told to leave her house, arrest papers say.
Talon W. Lewis, 19, was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment by Summit Hill police and unable to immediately post 10 percent of $40,000 set Sunday by Magisterial District Judge Casimir Kosciolek, Lansford, he was taken to jail.
Lewis threatened to slit the female victim’s throat as she slept and shoved her against a wall during a domestic dispute at 406 W. Ludlow St., arrest papers state. He also punched a male victim several times in the face, causing injury, according to court papers.
