Man faces threat, as­sault charges

A Nesque­hon­ing man threat­ened his mother and beat up her boyfriend af­ter be­ing told to leave her house, ar­rest pa­pers say.

Talon W. Lewis, 19, was charged with ter­ror­is­tic threats, sim­ple as­sault and ha­rass­ment by Sum­mit Hill po­lice and un­able to im­me­di­ately post 10 per­cent of $40,000 set Sun­day by Mag­is­te­rial District Judge Casimir Kosci­olek, Lans­ford, he was taken to jail.

Lewis threat­ened to slit the fe­male vic­tim’s throat as she slept and shoved her against a wall dur­ing a do­mes­tic dis­pute at 406 W. Lud­low St., ar­rest pa­pers state. He also punched a male vic­tim sev­eral times in the face, caus­ing in­jury, ac­cord­ing to court pa­pers.
