Cigar Box lottery contest benefits charity
The ninth annual $5,000 lottery tickets give-away is underway at the Cigar Box Store at the Laurel Mall.

Past displays included a gingerbread house, fireplace display, Santa’s sleigh, Christmas village, Santa on a train, Santa’s toyland, a Christmas tree and the Nutcracker castle, all made with $5,000 in Christmas-themed instant lottery tickets.
Some of the past charities that benefited from this annual event are the American Red Cross, Haz let on Animal Shelter, Brookhill Animal Hospital, United First Presbyterian Church clothing and food drive, Victory Bible Church Aid to the Homeless, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Wounded Warriors and Children’s Miracle Network, all chosen by the winners.
The Cigar Box also has the same $5,000 lottery display to be won at its location at the Coal Creek Commerce Center in Saint Clair.
