Suspended license leads to charges
A man with a suspended license was driving a vehicle in Summit Hill while in possession of drugs, borough police say.
Travis A. Walck, 28, Summit Hill, faces charges of possession of a controlled substance and two summary violations for the June 29 incident.
The charges were filed against him July 18 and issued via summons, which he accepted Thursday.
Police said they stopped the vehicle he was driving at Walnut and Abbott streets after noticing the registration lights weren’t on.
Walck was driving with a suspended license and a wallet inside the car contained 15 packets of suspected heroin, court papers state.
