Hen­der­son leads Mem­phis to bowl el­i­gi­b­lity

Dar­rell Hen­der­son rushed for 166 yards, go­ing over 3,000 for his ca­reer, and two touch­downs, and host Mem­phis be­came bowl-el­i­gi­ble for a school-record fifth straight sea­son with a 47-21 vic­tory over Tulsa on Satur­day.

Hen­der­son scored on a 1-yard run and a 9-yarder, the lat­ter on a di­rect snap. In­di­ana: Beat Mary­land 34-32 de­spite hav­ing the ball for 20 min­utes, 42 sec­onds.

Drake: Will Warner’s third in­ter­cep­tion of the day sealed a 13-10 win over Marist.

Prince­ton: Collin Eaddy rushed for 266 yards and three touch­downs to lead Prince­ton to an Ivy League cham­pi­onship with a 59-46 win over Yale.

Po­lice said a bus car­ry­ing Prince­ton stu­dents head­ing to the game crashed into a build­ing in Con­necti­cut, send­ing four of them to the hos­pi­tal with mi­nor in­juries.
