QACHS to de­stroy spe­cial ed records

CENTREVILLE — In ac­cor­dance with Mary­land spe­cial ed­u­ca­tion laws, Queen Anne’s County High School in­tends to dis­pose of the con­fi­den­tial records of any stu­dent who ex­ited a spe­cial ed­u­ca­tion ser­vice dur­ing the 2010-2011 school year.

Records may be claimed by writ­ten re­quest to: Queen Anne’s County High School, Spe­cial Ed­u­ca­tion De­part­ment, 125 Ruths­burg Road, Centreville, MD 21617.

Be sure to in­clude the stu­dent’s name, date of birth and cur­rent con­tact in­for­ma­tion — in­clud­ing ad­dress and phone num­ber. Records may be claimed by the par­ent/guardian or the stu­dent. Pic­ture iden­ti­fi­ca­tion will be re­quested as proof of iden­tity.

Records not claimed by June 15, 2017 will be de­stroyed.
