Clinton has every right to express her anger

The Mercury News Weekend - - OPINION -

Reviewers of Hillary Clinton’s book, “What Happened,” are describing her as the “woman who won’t go away” — and well she shouldn’t. We must never forget the 2016 presidential election. Each day more and more is revealed about Russian influence in rigging it in favor of Donald Trump — an unprecedented threat to the very core of our democracy. In her book she’s right to accuse James Comey and the media of “changing history” with their obsession over her emails, which now pales next to the investigations of the Trump campaign and organization. She didn’t “give us Trump,” as Sanders’ supporters claim. She beat Trump in the popular vote by more than 2 million votes. She has every right to express the anger so many of us feel about the outcome of this election. Let her roar! — Pam Walton, Mountain View
