Pottstown —The Cherub Choir will be singing on Sun­day at First Pres­by­te­rian Church. The Jr. Seek­ers will head to Red­ner’s Mar­ket af­ter wor­ship for the an­nual Op­er­a­tion Back­pack Food Drive. Join First Pres­by­te­ri­ans as we host the an­nual CROP Walk at 1:30 p.m. to raise money for hunger.

Lim­er­ick — The an­nual “Ap­ple Fes­ti­val” will be held to­day start­ing at 9 a.m. in­clud­ing a Flea Mar­ket of­fer­ing a va­ri­ety of gen­tlyused items and a Silent Auc­tion which fea­tures an ar­ray of prod­ucts and ser­vices do­nated by lo­cal busi­nesses and church mem­bers. Chil­dren’s games and story time, moon bounce, trac­tor rides, pie throw­ing, baked goods, ap­ple and fall treats, spe­cialty cof­fee and cider, mums, a va­ri­ety of crafts and home­made chili and sloppy Joes. Spe­cial ap­pear­ances from the Lim­er­ick Fire De­part­ment and Lim­er­ick Po­lice Ca­nine Unit. Pro­ceeds will ben­e­fit the church’s mis­sion trip fund and Ju­lia’s Grace Foun­da­tion.
