Between an unprecedented pandemic, the first major change in Pennsylvania election law in 90 years and a massive wave of social unrest, the June 2 primary proved to be a major task for voters, candidates, election officials and political parties.
Now that the primary results are certified comes a bigger question: How to pull off the November election when the number of voters could double? To help answer that question, The Morning Call reached out to party officials, political observers and county election officers to see what lessons were learned and what to expect in November.
