No activity is more American than voting
No activity is more American than voting, and no right more precious. Therefore, any candidate questioning the integrity of the election process should have clear and sustainable grounds for doing so.
The president’s attacks on the election systems in voting districts where he might lose prove once again his lack of integrity. As Americans, we don’t always agree, but wemust defend each other’s right to vote and to have our votes counted.
To misquote Voltaire, “I [may] disapprove of [who you vote for] but I will defend to the death your right to [freely vote].” That’s American. Beverly L. Springer
