Ritz Barbecue to be revived

A recently shuttered well-known Allentown restaurant will find new life in the new year. Ritz Barbecue, which closed in the spring amid the coronavirus pandemic, will be under the guidance of the owners of the neighboring Allentown Fairgrounds Farmers Market.

What’s next? The new owners hope to reopen the landmark by early February.
