Hosted by the Painesville Organization and Lake Health, this farm-to-table dining will include a six-course meal.

Growing up just down the street from Rainbow Farms in Madison, Chef Abigail Petry has enjoyed local fresh food since she was a child.

Petry will feature food from this farm that she has grown to know and love over the years at the third annual Farm to Table event.

This years’ event will be 6 to 9:30 p.m. July 28 at Lake Erie College in Painesville.

Petry is among four other chefs that will showcase their creativity and culinary talents using all local and fresh ingredients.

Hosted by the Downtown Painesville Organization and Lake Health, this premium farm-to-table dining experience will include a six-course meal.

Creating the menu will be Executive Chef John Loxterman of the Local Tavern’s Fish Bar in Painesville, Chef Keith Koenig of Bistro 70 in Painesville, members of Metz Culinary Management at Lake Erie College Chefs Laszlo Tomaschek and Petry, and Chef Robert Harris of the Quail Hollow Country Club.

Downtown Painesville Organization Executive Director David Polakowski said it is a great social event where attendees will enjoy the beauty of Lake Erie College’s historic campus and good food.

Tickets for nonmembers are $110 and $100 for members. For more information about the Farm to Table event visit its Facebook page, call 440-352-6004 or email david@downtownpaineville.org. Tickets can also be purchased at downtownpainesvilleorgani.ticketspice.com/2016farm-to-table.
