Ser­vices for Thomas A. Zakra­jsek, 72, of Con­cord Town­ship, will be at 10:30 a.m. on Fri­day, Septem­ber 1, 2017, at Davis-Bab­cock Fu­neral Home, Inc., 4154 Clark Av­enue, Wil­loughby. The Rev. James R. Poros­tosky of Lakeshore As­sem­bly of God will of­fi­ci­ate at the ser4 vice.

The fam­ily will re­ceive friends from to 8 p.m. on Thurs­day, Au­gust 31, 2017, (to­day), at the fu­neral home.

Mr. Zakra­jsek passed away peace­fully, at his home, on Tues­day, Au­gust 29, 2017, sur­rounded by his fam­ily, friends and care givers from Grace Hospice.

Born May 22, 1945, in Cleve­land, he has lived in Con­cord Town­ship for more than 25 years.

His fa­vorite past-time was show­ing his 1972 Ford Gran Torino at Lakeshore As­sem­bly Mo­tor­sports Kar-Krunch car shows. He also en­joyed wood­work­ing, mak­ing pens, weight­mem­ber lift­ing and was the fam­ily handy­man. He was also a of The IUE-CWA.

Mr. Zakra­jsek was em­ployed as a ma­chine op­er­a­tor at Gen Euclid. eral Elec­tric Cor­po­ra­tion, Tung­sten Pow­der Plant in He re­tired in 2002 af­ter more than 35 years of ser­vice.

Sur­vivors are his wife of 35 years, Sharon A. (Berzanske) Zakra­jsek; chil­dren, An­thony T. Zakra­jsek and Lisa A. Zakra­jsek; and sis­ter, Pa­tri­cia Heth. He also leaves his for­cat, mer wife, Pa­tri­cia Rossi and her son, Do­minic Rossi; his Bear and grand-dog, Kava.

He was pre­ceded in death by his par­ents, An­thony and Mary (Bajt) Zakra­jsek and his brother, Robert Zakra­jsek.

Fi­nal rest­ing place will be in Men­tor Ceme­tery fol­low­ing the ser­vice on Fri­day.
