Man charged with felony burglary, theft
A Painesville man is free on a personal recognizance bond after being arraigned Feb. 14 on burglary, drug and theft charges, according to Painesville Municipal Court records.
Malik T. Roberson, 20, of 215 E. Jackson St., is charged with seconddegree felony burglary, fourth-degree felony theft and minor misdemeanor marijuana possession, his arraignment paperwork confirms.
If convicted of the felony offenses alone, Roberson could receive up to 9 ½ years in prison.
He’s scheduled to appear for a pretrial/preliminary hearing Feb. 26, his arraignment file states.
