Fair Oaks Wel­comes Ag Day Pre­sen­ters, Visi­tors

From the furry friends to the smooth eggs on dis­play, the chance to twirl a rope and do some dummy rop­ing to get­ting an up close and per­sonal look at farm an­i­mals, stu­dents at Fair Oaks Ele­men­tary School en­joyed their an­nual Ag Day on Fri­day.

Pre­sen­ta­tions ranged from be­ing a far­rier – who shoes horses – to agri­cul­tural in­dus­try jobs, with stu­dents learn­ing about the wide va­ri­ety of ca­reer op­por­tu­ni­ties avail­able in the field.
