Asher earned his Bachelor of Science from Florida State University. He is a CFA Charterholder since 2000 and is active in the CFA Society of Oklahoma. Baum earned his Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and Statistics from Purdue University and his MBA from Indiana University. He is a CFA Charterholder since 2014 and is an officer of the CFA Society of Oklahoma. Newcastle physician Todd Swearingen,
D.O., has been named medical director of Norman Regional Health System’s employed physician clinics. As part of the leadership team, Swearingen will represent the health system’s clinics and outpatient providers with the goal of improving patient care and outcomes. Swearingen is board certified in family medicine, has been with Norman Regional Health System since 2004 and currently practices at Norman Regional’s Newcastle Clinic. Swearingen graduated medical school from Oklahoma State University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at Oklahoma State University Medical Center.
Fellers Snider hires Christina F. Cupp as an associate at the law firm. Cupp previously worked at Crowe & Dunlevy, where she represented companies in all phases of employment law. In recent years, she has expanded her practice to bankruptcy matters, including Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 litigation. A graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law, Cupp received her bachelor’s degree in general studies from Grand View College in Des Moines, Iowa.

The doctors are both also instructors for the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, where they completed their pediatric residency program. Fogarty earned her medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, completing the Bilingual Health Track. She is fluent in Spanish. Muhlinghause earned her medical degree from the OU College of Medicine. She earned her undergraduate degree at OU in Norman. The doctors are members of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Robert Rupp joins Integris as president of Integris Grove. He previously was CEO at Medical Center of South Arkansas in El Dorado, Arkansas. He has held senior administrator positions at successful rural hospital operations affiliated with Community Health System in Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas since 2005. He also served with distinction in the U.S. Air Force. Rupp earned his undergraduate degree in Healthcare Administration from Wayland Baptist University and his Master of Business Administration from Webster University, both in San Antonio.
Rockgate Financial Partners adds Joy Parduhn to its executive team in the position of chief operating officer. Parduhn has more than 15 years of experience as a chief operating officer and more than 20 years of experience as a senior executive. She will work in the firm’s Oklahoma City office and will be managing both Oklahoma City and Dallas firms.
