Jeff Asher and Greg Baum as se­nior port­fo­lio man­agers. Asher and Baum will be re­spon­si­ble for man­ag­ing all as­pects of per­sonal and in­sti­tu­tional in­vest­ment port­fo­lios. Asher earned his Bach­e­lor of Sci­ence from Florida State Univer­sity. He is a CFA Char­ter­holder since 2000 and is ac­tive in the CFA So­ci­ety of Ok­la­homa. Baum earned his Bach­e­lor of Sci­ence in Ac­tu­ar­ial Sci­ence and Sta­tis­tics from Pur­due Univer­sity and his MBA from In­di­ana Univer­sity. He is a CFA Char­ter­holder since 2014 and is an of­fi­cer of the CFA So­ci­ety of Ok­la­homa. New­cas­tle physi­cian Todd Swearin­gen,

D.O., has been named medical di­rec­tor of Nor­man Re­gional Health Sys­tem’s em­ployed physi­cian clinics. As part of the lead­er­ship team, Swearin­gen will rep­re­sent the health sys­tem’s clinics and out­pa­tient providers with the goal of im­prov­ing pa­tient care and out­comes. Swearin­gen is board cer­ti­fied in fam­ily medicine, has been with Nor­man Re­gional Health Sys­tem since 2004 and cur­rently prac­tices at Nor­man Re­gional’s New­cas­tle Clinic. Swearin­gen grad­u­ated medical school from Ok­la­homa State Univer­sity’s Col­lege of Os­teo­pathic Medicine and com­pleted his res­i­dency at Ok­la­homa State Univer­sity Medical Cen­ter.

Fellers Snider hires Christina F. Cupp as an as­so­ciate at the law firm. Cupp pre­vi­ously worked at Crowe & Dun­levy, where she rep­re­sented com­pa­nies in all phases of em­ploy­ment law. In re­cent years, she has ex­panded her prac­tice to bank­ruptcy mat­ters, in­clud­ing Chap­ter 11 and Chap­ter 7 lit­i­ga­tion. A grad­u­ate of the Univer­sity of Tulsa Col­lege of Law, Cupp re­ceived her bach­e­lor’s de­gree in gen­eral stud­ies from Grand View Col­lege in Des Moines, Iowa.

The doctors are both also in­struc­tors for the Univer­sity of Ok­la­homa Col­lege of Medicine, where they com­pleted their pe­di­atric res­i­dency pro­gram. Fog­a­rty earned her medical de­gree at the Univer­sity of Texas Medical Branch, Galve­ston, com­plet­ing the Bilin­gual Health Track. She is flu­ent in Span­ish. Muh­ling­hause earned her medical de­gree from the OU Col­lege of Medicine. She earned her un­der­grad­u­ate de­gree at OU in Nor­man. The doctors are mem­bers of the Amer­i­can Academy of Pe­di­atrics.

Robert Rupp joins In­te­gris as pres­i­dent of In­te­gris Grove. He pre­vi­ously was CEO at Medical Cen­ter of South Arkansas in El Do­rado, Arkansas. He has held se­nior ad­min­is­tra­tor po­si­tions at suc­cess­ful ru­ral hos­pi­tal oper­a­tions af­fil­i­ated with Com­mu­nity Health Sys­tem in Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas since 2005. He also served with dis­tinc­tion in the U.S. Air Force. Rupp earned his un­der­grad­u­ate de­gree in Health­care Ad­min­is­tra­tion from Way­land Bap­tist Univer­sity and his Mas­ter of Busi­ness Ad­min­is­tra­tion from Web­ster Univer­sity, both in San Antonio.

Rock­gate Fi­nan­cial Part­ners adds Joy Par­duhn to its ex­ec­u­tive team in the po­si­tion of chief op­er­at­ing of­fi­cer. Par­duhn has more than 15 years of ex­pe­ri­ence as a chief op­er­at­ing of­fi­cer and more than 20 years of ex­pe­ri­ence as a se­nior ex­ec­u­tive. She will work in the firm’s Ok­la­homa City of­fice and will be man­ag­ing both Ok­la­homa City and Dal­las firms.
