THE STARTING FIVE
Lorenza Andrews, 6-foot-3 guard: The floor general for Franklin’s first championship team in 1979 averaged 22.8 points per game before going on to star at Oklahoma State and eventually getting drafted by the Kansas City Kings. Terry Evans, 6-0 guard: Helped lead Millwood to three state titles in four years, while averaging 16.5 points per game as a senior for a 28-1 Falcon team in 1987-88. Brian Hopgood, 6-10 center: The most dominant big man in Millwood history, Hopgood was named to The Oklahoman’s Super 5 team his senior season in 1990 after averaging 24.5 points per game and 12 rebounds. Chris Dixon, 6-2 guard: Averaged 17.7 points per game for Millwood in 1985 to help lead Millwood back to the state title after falling short three years prior. Kelly Henderson, 5-11 guard: Led the way in 1991 to a 26-3 record for the Falcons by averaging nearly 18 points per game and helping deliver Millwood’s 10th basketball title.
