A cel­e­bra­tion of mul­ti­cul­tural her­itage was on dis­play Satur­day in Ok­la­homa City’s his­toric Capi­tol Hill Dis­trict.

The 13th Fi­es­tas de las Amer­i­cas kicked off with a pa­rade, which fea­tured more than 50 en­tries, in­clud­ing schools and non­profit agen­cies. The event also fea­tured live en­ter­tain­ment, food trucks, chil­dren’s ac­tiv­i­ties and an artists mar­ket.

The event co­in­cides with His­panic Her­itage month, which runs through Oct. 15.
